Records Management Committee


The Records Management Committee (Committee) was created by Ordinance 1990-79 on December 4, 1990 for the purpose of assisting the Records Management Officer (RMO) to develop policies and procedures. If needed, the Committee reviews the performance of the programs and proposes changes. Members also review and approve record control schedules submitted by the RMO and give final approval of record destruction in accordance with approved schedules. This Committee actively promotes the Records Management Program throughout the City, as set out by Ordinance 1990-79.

There are no citizen appointments to this Committee. Meetings are held as needed.
