The Fairgrounds Road Reconstruction Project will begin on Monday December 19th beginning with a full road closure at the I-69 northbound feeder road to just north of the City Treatment Plant. Access to facilities on Fairgrounds Road will be from SH36 or Stella Road for several months. Message boards will be placed by the contractor Monday December 12 notifying motorists of the scheduled closure, weather permitting.
